It seems like I’m always cleaning and purging. I don’t mean cleaning in the sense that I’m dusting and vacuuming – just ask my family how often I do that! No, I mean sorting through piles and getting rid of what I don’t need anymore. As summer approaches and visitors are scheduled to come visit, the motivation to organize is now upon me.
Happily, as I sorted through my craft room/office, I found a sweater project that’s almost finished. All I have to do is sew a few seams and tuck in loose ends and it’s ready to wear. It’s like starting a new project but I won’t have to wait long to wear it.
This top is published in the spring/summer 2009 Debbie Bliss Knitting Magazine.
So, here’s what mine looks like right now…
Debbie Bliss is one of my favorite knitwear designers. I love her innovation and easy wear feel. I can’t wait to make more from her collection. For now, I think I better finish this one – I need to wear it this year!
