A free Crochet Progress Tracker for every project

Never forget where you’ve left off in a work in progress when you use this handy Crochet Progress Tracker, a free downloadable resource.

It happens to me all the time. I get so excited about a new crochet project and dive right in. Invariably, I either get interested in another project (I think I have an attention problem when it comes to crochet) or I need to get started on something else that has a deadline.

My current project goes in a basket or bag somewhere only to be found weeks or months later. When I eventually find it again, I have no idea what pattern I was using or where that pattern is. And, even if I do know that information, I probably have no idea where I stopped.

Does this happen to you? Well, of course it does. Because this is how we crocheters operate!

I decided it was time for an intervention. I’ve created the Crochet Progress Tracker to defeat the unidentified WIP problem once and for all.

What you’ll find in this Crochet Progress Tracker

In the Crochet Progress Tracker, I’ve included areas for all of the necessary information so you’re able to pick up where you left off with confidence.

  • You’ll find a place to record where you bought the pattern so you can go back and get another copy if you need it.
  • A box for you to record where you stopped when you put the project down.
  • A place to write down everything about the yarn.
  • You can even record why you stopped working on the project and how you feel about it. Let’s face it – not every crochet project is our favorite. Is it worth spending more precious time on this project if we don’t like it?

How to use the Crochet Progress Tracker

  • Its main purpose is to keep track of projects you may set aside. In that case, the Progress Tracker will help you remember all of the important details about your project so you can pick it back up and begin working again with confidence.
  • You can also use it for ongoing projects to keep track of what you’ve worked in the pattern, where you stopped at the end of a crocheting session or even where you’ve stored the extra yarn for the project.
  • The Progress Tracker is a good way to keep track of finished projects, too. Have you ever wondered what you gave someone or what yarn/pattern/hook/etc you used? Maybe you want to make that exact project again. The Crochet Progress Tracker gives you all the information you need to replicate any project from your past.
